Here at Skin Ethyks, we understand that last minute schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. In these times, we request a 24-48 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged 30% of the total appointment amount unless a deposit has already been paid. Your deposit is transferable ONE TIME when/if your appointment is rescheduled. Deposits are applied to your service total. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments include a 7min grace period. After the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to be rescheduled. This insures that clients booked after you will receive their services within their reserved time slot.
